Who processes your data

GeoExsperts Saqartvelo LLC, identification number 405424508, registered at Ermile Bedia Street No. 4g, Vake district, Tbilisi, Georgia, operates geoexperts.ge and decides how the data described here is used.

For anything in this policy — access, correction, deletion — write to info@geoexperts.ge or call +995 551 278 585.

What we collect

From the site form and the quiz: your name, a contact (phone, messenger or email), your preferred channel, the service you are asking about and whatever you type into the message.

From Telegram and WhatsApp conversations: everything you write and send there, including scanned documents.

To deliver the service: passport or ID details, address, information about the planned activity, powers of attorney, and — for accounting clients — source documents, bank statements and turnover data. Without these a company cannot be registered and reporting cannot be filed.

From the site itself: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location by IP, device and browser. Yandex Metrica’s Webvisor also records how a page was used — scrolling, clicks, mouse movement — as an anonymous session replay.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and perform the contract — without this data there is no consultation, no registration and no filing.

To meet legal obligations: tax and accounting records, and handing over information where Georgian law requires it.

For our legitimate interest in a site that works and advertising we can measure — this is what the analytics below are for.

Cookies and analytics

The site runs Google Analytics (G-MKSFT2Q5V5) and Yandex Metrica (counter 111189469) with Webvisor, clickmap and link tracking enabled. Both set cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site keeps working. To opt out specifically: Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and Yandex’s opt-out at yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html.

Who else sees it

Georgian state bodies — the National Agency of Public Registry, the Public Service Hall and the Revenue Service — to the extent needed to register, obtain a status or file on your behalf.

Banks, notaries and sworn translators, where the service requires it and you have agreed to it.

An enquiry from the site reaches us as a Telegram notification, which means your name, contact and message pass through Telegram’s servers under its own terms. The same applies to WhatsApp conversations.

Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database. Google and Yandex, for the analytics described above.

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

The site and its database run on Hetzner servers in Helsinki, Finland (European Union). Google, Yandex and Telegram process data on their own infrastructure, outside Georgia, under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence: while the work is running and afterwards for as long as a question or a claim can still arise from it.

Client documents and accounting data: for the retention period Georgian tax and accounting law requires.

Analytics data: for the retention window set in Google and Yandex, which is up to 24 months for the counters we run.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to analytics processing and withdraw a consent you gave.

Write to info@geoexperts.ge. We answer within ten business days. We only refuse where the law tells us to keep a document inside its retention period, and we say plainly when that is the case.

You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Children

The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the version in force. Material changes to what we collect or who we share it with will be reflected here before they take effect.
