Who provides the service

GeoExperts is a trading name. The services are provided by GeoExsperts Saqartvelo LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia on 25 November 2020 by the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry (Ministry of Justice of Georgia), identification number 405424508, extract B25100993. Director: Giorgi Kevlishvili.

Registered address and office: Ermile Bedia Street No. 4g, Vake district, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: info@geoexperts.ge, +995 551 278 585.

You can verify the registration yourself: search identification number 405424508 at https://enreg.reestri.gov.ge.

GeoExperts is a private consulting company. We are not a government body, we are not affiliated with the Public Service Hall, the Revenue Service or the Government of Georgia, and we do not represent them. Every registration service is also available directly from the state — what you pay us for is the guidance, not the access.

What this document is

This is a public offer: a description of the terms on which we work. It applies to the site, to an enquiry and to the services themselves.

The contract is formed when you and we have agreed the scope and the price in writing — by messenger or email — and you have paid. Where a separate signed contract exists for a specific service, the signed contract governs.

What we do

Advice on choosing a business form and tax regime; preparing documents for registering an individual entrepreneur or an LLC and guidance through the filing; support in obtaining small business status, Virtual Zone and International Company status; support with opening bank accounts; accounting services and tax filings; tax consulting.

We prepare the documents, explain the procedure, accompany you at government offices and banks, and correspond on your behalf within the limits of the power of attorney you grant.

We issue written legal and tax opinions on Georgian law: your specific situation analysed against the Tax Code and the secondary legislation, with the risks weighed and a reasoned recommendation. That is work on your question, not a restatement of what is publicly available.

If a question outgrows a consultation and turns into a dispute with the tax authority or a court case, we bring in our partner law firm and stay on the case: the advocate handles representation, we stand behind the tax and accounting substance. You do not have to find a lawyer from scratch and explain everything again.

What is not ours to decide

The decision to register a company, to grant a tax status or to open an account is not ours — it belongs to the National Agency of Public Registry, the Revenue Service and the individual bank. We are responsible for documents being prepared correctly and filed on time; we cannot promise somebody else’s decision.

A bank may refuse to open an account, or close one, without giving a reason — that is its compliance policy, not our error. The same applies to a refusal of Virtual Zone or International Company status.

Our opinion is our professional position on your situation, and we stand behind it. It does not, however, replace a decision of the tax authority: where a rule admits more than one reading, the Revenue Service may read it differently. If your case is one of those, we say so up front and show you what our position rests on.

How work starts

An enquiry from the site, Telegram or WhatsApp is not yet a contract. We first hold a consultation, establish your situation, and quote a final price and timeline.

Once you agree, we issue an invoice and send the list of documents required. Work begins once payment is received and your document set is complete.

Price, state fees and payment

Prices on the site are a guide for a typical case, not a binding offer on price. The binding figure is the one we quote you in writing after the consultation.

State fees, notary charges, translation and apostille are paid separately and are not included in our fee. Their amounts are set by the state, not by us, and we tell you what they are before you pay.

Services are paid in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accounting services are billed monthly.

What we need from you

Accurate documents and information, a power of attorney where we act on your behalf, and timely answers to our questions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. If a filing is rejected because the information was wrong or incomplete, refiling and the associated fees are charged separately.

If you stop responding for more than 30 days and the work cannot continue, we treat it as suspended at your initiative.

Timelines

The timelines we quote are in business days and run from the moment we have both the complete document set and payment.

Part of any timeline belongs to state offices and banks. Their queues, delays and requests for further documents extend the total — we cannot control that part, but we are obliged to keep you informed.

Power of attorney and representation

Where the law requires you to appear in person, we cannot stand in for you. Where representation is allowed, we act strictly within the power of attorney granted.

You can revoke the power of attorney at any time — tell us in writing and we stop acting on your behalf.

Confidentiality

We do not disclose your documents or business information to third parties, except where disclosure is necessary to deliver the service (government offices, a bank, a notary, a translator) or where Georgian law requires it.

How personal data is handled is set out in full in the privacy policy: geoexperts.ge/en/privacy.

Liability

We are responsible for the quality of our own work: correctly prepared documents, the agreed scope, timely filing and accurate reporting.

We are not responsible for refusals by state bodies or banks, for the consequences of information you supplied incorrectly, for changes in legislation after a consultation, or for decisions you took on your own.

Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

Cancellation and refunds

If you withdraw before we have started work, the payment is returned in full.

If work has started, we return the payment less the work actually performed and costs incurred — state fees, notary and translation charges are not refundable, because they were not paid to us.

If we failed to deliver through our own fault, the payment is returned in full.

If something goes wrong

Write to info@geoexperts.ge or call +995 551 278 585. We answer complaints within three business days and tell you what we will do and by when.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you keep every right you have under Georgian consumer law — nothing on this page limits that.

Law, jurisdiction and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia; disputes that cannot be settled amicably are heard by the courts of Georgia.

We may update this page. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the day the work was agreed, and the date at the top tells you which that is.
